we came up for a last minute wedding. At first it was hard to find a place that accepts dogs. I found John's place and all I can say, it's perfect. It's quiet, clean, so much room, has a enclosed dog run, game room and a great place to sit around the fire pit. Has 2 grills and a picnic table. Everyone was so friendly. I would recommend John's place. 10-5 minutes from Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and other places to see and many places to explore like the state parks. If you want a great BBQ (brisket was awesome) place to eat " Hungry Bear", it's right across the road from Greenbrier State park. We are definitely coming back to visit, you won't be disappointed. I can say John responded quickly if we had questions (great communication) Our dogs travel with us & the enclosed dog run was great. Dogs had a special place and it was a nice size run for them to play/run. thank you John

Our stay here was honestly really amazing. Far enough away from the tourist area, to enjoy some peace while still being able to have all aspects of our vacation. Responsive host, lots of room, cute ambience. Would recommend if you don’t mind sharing a room w the kids.

I stayed at the cabin for a week with my kids and it was absolutely relaxing. The cabin is beautiful and cozy. The backyard is gorgeous with the small fountain and a bench next to it to sit and relax. The fire pit was an awesome feature to have. So nice to sit out there at night and look at the stars. The game room was so much fun! The cabin had a small loft that I wish it had an extra bed up there but it was nice to just sit there. Overall the cabin was beautiful and cozy. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. It’s only 20-25 minutes from Gatlingburg and Pigeon Forge. There’s also a dollar general next door and the gas station across the street. John was so nice and helpful trying to help me find mechanics in the area when I had car problems. I do wish it had a dishwasher but I know space is limited. Overall it had everything you need to have a relaxing time. I definitely recommend John’s cabin.

The cabin was wonderful! The game room was nice for the kiddos. Everything was clean, quiet, and exactly what we needed after all of the chaos from the cabin we tried to stay in the night before from a different host. 10/10 for sure and are already considering renting it again on our next trip!

My wife and I had an awesome stay at John’s cabin for our honeymoon trip to the Great Smokies. It was 5 min down the street from our booked zip line tour. Also, 2 min away from the Maddron Bald trail that can connect to the AT and other cool sights to see. The cabin was gorgeous and will be our go-to whenever we visit the Great Smoky mountains. John was a responsive and friendly host. Very accommodating and professional. Overall, super cool property and a must visit!

We had a great time at the cabin! It was perfectly located outside of gatlinburg to avoid the traffic but also close enough to get into town if needed. The cabin was clean and exactly as listed. Also, we really enjoyed the gated yard for our pup. She loved having quick access to an area where she could play. Would highly recommend!

Stayed for 5 nights on 4th July weekend. The lodge was perfect for my boyfriend and I. It has the essentials you need if you wanted to cook breakfast/dinner at home. Plenty of bath towels & the bed was so comfy (might even be a tad nicer than my own!). It is a straight shot to Gatlinburg, the two door system definitely cuts back on the road noise. Air conditioner was working tremendously after getting back from hiking. The outdoor area & game room were a cool bonus to have something to do when you get back from town. Also dollar general and the market across the street are walking distance if you foget an essential. Overall very satisfied with our stay. !

This was a wonderful little apartment that my daughter stayed for 5 days. It was very peaceful and very beautiful accommodations. This made our visit to Tennessee awesome! If you need a good place to stay in Cosby I highly recommend John!
